Public Offer Agreement1. GENERAL PROVISIONS1.1. This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) constitutes an official public offer by sole proprietor Irina Galushina, registered with the National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia, identification number 305811592 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), to enter into an online training service agreement with any legally capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).
1.2. In accordance with Article 329 of the Civil Code of Georgia, this document constitutes a public offer.
1.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of this offer occurs upon payment for the training by the Client.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT3.1. The Provider shall provide the Client with online training services.
3.2. Training is conducted remotely via
https://cosmomind.org in the Client’s personal account.
3.3. The content, format, scope of services, access duration, and price are determined by the tariff selected by the Client.
4. PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING THE AGREEMENT4.1. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the offer is accepted.
4.2. Acceptance occurs upon full payment for the training or the first installment in case of a payment plan.
5. PROVISION OF SERVICES AND ACCESS5.1. Access to training materials is provided according to the terms specified on the website at the time of purchase.
5.2. The access period for the course ranges from 3 to 12 months depending on the selected tariff.
5.3. The training format, presence of homework, mentor checks, and other services are determined by the selected tariff.
5.4. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided contact information.
6. COST AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE6.1. The cost of training is determined by the selected tariff and is indicated on the Provider’s website.
6.2. Payment can be made as a single payment.
7. REFUNDS7.1. The Client has the right to request a refund within seven calendar days from the date of purchase or before opening the second module of the course, whichever comes first. After opening the second module, refunds are not possible.
7.2. If the Client selected the tariff with a mentor, refunds are not provided once the mentor has started working.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY8.1. All course materials are the intellectual property of the Provider.
8.2. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8.3. Transfer of access to third parties and commercial use of materials is prohibited.
9. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES9.1. The Provider does not guarantee that the Client will achieve specific results.
9.2. The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client.
10. PERSONAL DATA10.1. The Client consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of executing the Agreement.
10.2. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Georgia.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION11.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiations.
11.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Georgia.
11.3. Governing law: the law of Georgia.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS12.1. The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of the offer.
12.2. The current version of the offer is published on the Provider’s website.
